Bernard Controls confirms its engagement towards the ISO 9001 certification!
Bernard Controls has been recently congratulated by the AFNOR organism which renewed the ISO 9001 certification by delivering a very positive feedback to the company. As a reminder, the ISO 9001 is a quality management system that provides guidance and tools for companies and organizations who want to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer's requirements, and that quality is consistently improved.
BERNARD CONTROLS put in place almost 20 years ago (1997) a Quality Management System, conform to ISO 9001 certification. After having proceeded to an audit, which took place the 14th of April 2016, the AFNOR organism renewed this certification and delivered a very positive feedback to BERNARD CONTROLS by identifying notably fifteen high points in the list of criteria reported*. Among the latters, three of them could be mentioned, namely; the conception and development's scheduling, the supervision and measure of processes, the scheduling of product manufacturing and purchase processes.
As a reminder, the ISO 9001 certification describes the main requirements for the setup of a Management Quality System within companies willing to constantly provide compliant and faithful goods and services and furthermore improve customer's satisfaction.
